The website is available at neptunesbarista.com and neptunesbarista.nl, offering content in both Dutch and English.
The general terms and conditions are partly based on the general terms and conditions as offered via harmjagerman.com.
Effective date
The general terms and conditions of Neptune’s Barista are valid from 25 August 2025 and remain in effect until new updates are published.
Language
The general terms and conditions are available in both English and Dutch, the languages used on the website.
Binding
The general terms and conditions are binding as soon as the following conditions are met:
- This is a distance purchase.
- A tailor-made agreement is being discussed.

Choice of law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and the law of the platform through which the purchase is made (Bandcamp: United States)1.

All audio productions and related content on this website or on websites where they are published or streamed are protected by copyright and are the property of Harm Jagerman, trading under the name Neptune’s Barista.
These works are protected under Dutch copyright law and international copyright treaties. Without prior written permission from Harm Jagerman, it is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, edit or commercially use any material, including but not limited to audio clips, soundscapes, voice-overs, jingles and podcasts.
Use of the material for personal, non-commercial purposes is not permitted. An exception to this is sharing via social media, provided that the integrity of the work is preserved and the source is clearly stated.
Neptune’s Barista audio productions are available via authorised streaming and distribution platforms, including Spotify, Bandcamp, Amazon Music, Apple Music, and Deezer. Use of the material outside these platforms, or in a manner that violates their licence terms, is not permitted. Exceptions to this are the music libraries of social media platforms, such as those of TikTok, Meta, etc.
For licence applications, collaborations or other forms of use, please contact us. If you fail to do so and still use the copyright-protected material, I will charge you €150 per day, up to a maximum of €9,000. After this, the claim will be transferred to a specialised organisation.

Complaints procedure
